What is
SAUNA-AUFGUSS?
It is a healthy SAUNA therapy over 60-90 minutes with a trained therapist called GUSS-Master.
The “Guss Master” works with aromatic oils on the hot sauna stove. Steam is swung around in the sauna using a towel/fan, distributing the oil-infused steam throughout the sauna.
It is typically performed for groups, and in three-five sets of increasing intensity, interrupted by short breaks for a fresh shower/swim or cold bath..... where you also have the possibility of cooling off and enjoying cold refreshments.
