SMALLA is using Yakisugi technique on all their outdoor saunas exterior.
Yakisugi is a Japanese woodworking technique that involves charring the surface of wood to enhance its durability and resistance to insects and decay. The wood is typically burned with a torch, extinguished, and then finished with oil.
The benefits of Yakisugi include increased resistance to fire, mould and insects. The charred layer acts as a protective barrier, making the wood more durable and less prone to decay. Additionally, it provides an aesthetically unique and visually striking appearance, making it popular in both traditional and contemporary architectural designs.
The company based in Kaunas, Lithuania and specialize in manufacturing outdoor saunas. When pace of life is very fast and tense, people look for ways to unwind and slow down. The sauna has become an integral part of that.

Small scale and simple minimalist design makes this
sauna suitable for any location. Enjoy sauna bathing

Sauna HOUSE
The sauna house is a modern approach on the traditional log saunas. Rough charred wood on the outside contrasts with the clean and bright on the inside. The minimalist design of the sauna house brings out the beauty of the natural materials and building processes used.
By sliding the exterior doors to one side, the in- terior merges with the surroundings. Visually the steam and dressing rooms, which are divided only by glass, appear like a single space.
When not in use, the sauna can serve as a quite place for meditation and reading.

Chalet sauna - width of 600 cm, a depth of 287 cm and is 270 cm high (inner height: 210 cm).
An eye-catcher is the shower separation. In the relaxation area you can relax on the spacious daybed. The wellness area is pleasantly tempered by the integrated underfloor heating.
The sauna and lounge can be enjoyed all year round with the alu-glass-sliding doors
All details of the Chalet can be modified on request to fit your exact wishes. Even speakers from Bose® or Sonos® can be installed in the relaxation area and/or sauna.
